The 4th China-UK Economic and Trade Forum was successfully held

    Lord Grimstone, Secretary of State for the Department of International Trade and Commerce of the United Kingdom, stated that the United Kingdom will continue to maintain and strengthen an open, fair and transparent business environment to ensure that the United Kingdom continues to be the world’s leading overseas investment destination. The UK will follow the principles of proportionality, transparency and the rule of law when conducting national security investment reviews to provide investors with a stable and predictable investment environment. He also emphasized the broad prospects for cooperation between China and Britain in industrial green transformation. Chinese investors are playing their potential in offshore wind energy, energy storage, electric vehicles, batteries and green finance industries.
